How much space do I need?
Each tent space requires 4 feet by 7 feet. Furniture does need to be cleared out prior to our arrival, as we do not move furniture or put furniture back into place.
What if I need to change my date? Do I lose my deposit?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations that are done 14 days prior to event will allow for deposits to be transferred to a future date and are good for 90 days.
Do we provide sleeping pillows?
For hygienic reasons, sleeping pillows are not provided. Our themed pillows and accessories are for décor purposes only.
What if items are damaged during the sleepover?
Any items damaged during the sleepover will be deducted from the $100 deposit. An itemized list of damages will be provided and the difference will be returned to you. If the damages exceed $100, you will be billed for the remaining amount.
